I know that at the time to decide a diet for weight loss you try it all. The reality is that no one size fits all, but when it comes to general recommendations I can tell you that in my years of experience in the subject as an expert in weight loss this tips will definitely help you not only lose weight but also keep the weight off for good. 1. Eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full, you don’t need to do 5-6 small meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner is enough. Learn to listened to your body. 2. Drink plenty of water at least 64 oz daily. Sometimes your body mistakes thirstiness with hunger, so if you feel hungry try a glass of water first. 3. Avoid process foods and simple carbohydrates like any kind of sugar and products made with enriched flour like baked goods. 4. Avoid grains even whole grains. 5. Eat at least 2 cups of leafy greens and 1 cup of non-starchy vegetables per day. 6. Eat one portion of any kind of protein with each meal like poultry, red meat, pork, fish or eggs. 7. Have a portion of healthy fats with each meal like olive oil, nuts, cheese, chia seeds, olives, avocado, organic grass feed butter, uncured bacon, coconut oil, cream.
